Product Introduction
The ODM series electric pipe cutting and beveling machine is a lightweight cutting and beveling equipment with the characteristics of relatively light weight, small radial space, easy use, and simple maintenance. It can be easily and quickly installed on complex series pipelines for cutting and beveling. This product is widely used in pipeline installation engineering and emergency repair operations in industries such as petrochemicals, natural gas, food, boilers, pharmaceuticals, nuclear power, and ships.
Product performance:
1. Suitable for processing various heat-resistant steel and stainless steel large-diameter thick walled pipes, with a processing wall thickness of up to 120mm.
2. Online installation and synchronous completion of cutting grooves in one go.
3. Strong motor variable position installation, suitable for working in narrow spaces.
4. Completely cold cutting without affecting the material of the pipeline, ensuring its wide applicability.
5. Split design, automatic and manual feeding methods, very easy to operate.
6. Different forms of grooves can be processed according to customer requirements, including single "V", double "V", and "U" shapes.
7. Configure the Maitai Bao motor with high torque, high power, good heat dissipation, soft start function, and overload and power-off protection.
8. Hydraulic (speed regulation), electric, pneumatic, and servo motor drive can be used.
