Function and Purpose:

The internal expansion electric pipe beveling machine is a lightweight and portable device for installing within the inner diameter of pipes and beveling pipe end faces. The expansion and tightening mechanism is fixed to the inner wall of the pipe, enabling automatic centering and alignment, and allowing for quick and easy installation. It is widely used in pipeline installation projects and emergency repair operations in industries such as petrochemicals, natural gas, food, pharmaceuticals, boilers, nuclear power, and more.

  1. Custom-made Kexinte Motor: Features an aviation aluminum alloy gearbox for fast heat dissipation and resistance to deformation. The plastic case body is lightweight, with low noise and vibration. Rated voltage: 220V, frequency: 50Hz, power: 1000~2200W.
  2. German BOSCH Motor: Small in size, lightweight, long-lasting, powerful, and reliable. It has double insulation and CE certification. Rated voltage: 220V, frequency: 50Hz, power: 720~1200W.
  3. Original German Metabo Motor: Equipped with a VTC electronic speed control device that maintains constant speed under load, maximizing work efficiency. Special winding protection and epoxy resin surface protection prevent dust damage to the motor. Rated voltage: 220V, frequency: 50Hz, power: 1300~2600W.
  4. Pneumatic Drive: Powered by a pneumatic motor with an operating air pressure of 0.6-1.5MPa and air consumption of 1000-1500L/min. Suitable for hazardous workplaces with flammable and explosive materials.
